THE CANADIAN ALLERGY ASTHMA AND IMMUNOLOGY FOUNDATION (CAAIF)
The CAAIF is pleased to announce the launch of two new grants and one fellowship for 2018. The CAAIF is a charitable organization, established to improve the educational and research resources of the Canadian Allergy and Immunology community.
The Foundation has a $10,000 budget for start-up grants for CSACI Allied Health Members. For this competition we will provide two (2) grants for $5,000 each. Projects must be of relevance to the practice of allergy and immunology in Canada.
For this competition we will provide up to $50,000 of total funding, which will fund two (2) grants for $25,000 each. Projects must be of relevance to the practice of allergy and immunology in Canada.

Canadian Asthma Allergy and Immunology Foundation (CAAIF) in association with AllerGen NCE and Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (CSACI) are pleased to announce a competition for one 12-month Research Fellowship in the area of Clinical Immunology and Allergy.
The goal of the CAAIF / AllerGen Research Fellowship is to enable trainees in the field of Clinical Immunology and Allergy to pursue further research. The goals of the Foundation are to raise awareness for the following diseases: asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, chronic urticaria, food allergy, anaphylaxis, immune deficiency and other immunological diseases. Studies relevant to any of these conditions covering any of the four pillars of CIHR research are eligible for funding.
- Financial support: The fellowship will cover up to $50,000 for salary for the PDF and will also provide a $5,000 research and travel allowance.
